Grant recipients will be randomly selected from among applicants within each of the seven services. No grade point average, SAT or essays will be needed for the base/post application.<br><br> MOAA membership is not required. Students can apply via the MOAA Web site at www.moaa.org . Choose "Services," then "Educational Assistance" to find the online application.<br><br> They should follow the instructions for the multipurpose scholarship application. The deadline for submission is March 1 at noon. Semifinalists will be notified by e-mail message and the self-check on the Web site by mid- March.<br><br> Winners will be notified in May.
