STEP 1. Remove the contents from the box and check for any damage. Verify all parts against the parts list.

STEP 2. Read and understand instructions completely before beginning installation. STEP 3.

Install Mount Brackets using bottom M10-1.25 x 25mm Hex Head Bolt, Flat Washer and Lock Washer. Leave loose. Figure 1.

STEP 4. Remove lower fascia mount screws located just to the outside of tow hooks. Pull fascia away slightly to access top bolt holes.

Figure 3 and 4. STEP 7. Center and level Safari Bar.

Tighten and torque fasteners as follows. 10MM to 32 FT. LBS 1/2 d Fasteners to 65 FT.
