Insert one Pin completely through both mounting holes.<br><br> Then, secure the Pin in place with one R-Pin. (S33 F75C@3s B /<2 c.) Align the two mounting holes in the Base (1) o1 the Long Ram Jack with the mount- 5. ing hole located in the Pillar o1 the shop crane.<br><br> Insert the remaining Pin completely through the mounting holes in the Base and the Pillar. Then, secure the Pin in place with the remaining R-Pin. (S33 F75C@3s B /<2 c.) important: 6.<br><br> The Long Ram Jack already contains some hydraulic oil in its Res- ervoir (16). Even so, it is recommended that you check the oil level in the Reservoir SKU 94562 F=@ B316<71/: qC3sB7=<s, >:3/s3 1/:: 1-800-444-3353 PAGE 7 prior to the shop crane 9s frst use and, i1 necessary, top o11 the Reservoir with the proper amount o1 hydraulic oil. To do so, remove the Filler Plug (17) located on the Reservoir.<br><br> Top o11 the Reservoir with hydraulic oil. Make sure the Release Valve (4) is closed. Never go under an object being li1ted by the crane.<br><br> It is possible 1or its Hook to slip, causing an object to 1all, possibly resulting in serious injury and/or property damage. Use the Handle (21) o1 the Long Ram Jack to open the Release Valve (4) and lower 3. the Hook.<br><br> Attach the Hook to the object you are li1ting. Then close the Release Valve, and pump the Handle to raise the object. Care1ully move the engine crane to the location where you wish to lower the object, i.e., an engine stand, proper support, oor sur1ace, etc.<br><br> Then lower the object by opening the Release Valve slightly. Once the object is 1ully lowered, disconnect the Hook 1rom the object. (S33 F75C@3s B /<2 d.) Hoses, couplers, oilers, regulators, and flters are all available at Harbor Freight Tools. note: I1 an automatic oiler is not used, put 3-5 drops o1 pneumatic Tool Oil (not included) in the Long Ram Jack 9s Quick Coupler (A41) be1ore each use.<br><br> (S33 F75C@3 e.) to long ram jack Filter oiler Figure e regulator 2. Use the Handle (21) o1 the Long Ram Jack to open the Release Valve (4) and lower the Hook. Attach the Hook to the object you are li1ting.<br><br> Then close the Release Valve and remove the Handle. (S33 F75C@3s B, /<2 F, <3xB >/53.) Connect an air supply hose to the Quick Connector (A41) on the Air Valve (32) o1 3. the Long Ram Jack.<br><br> (S33 F75C@3 F.) Turn on the air compressor, and set its regulator at 110 to 120 PSI. 4. d= <=B 3x1332 120 pSi.<br><br> Squeeze the Lever o1 the Air Valve (32) to raise the object. Once raised, release 5. pressure on the Lever.<br><br> Care1ully move the engine crane to the location where you wish to lower the object, making sure not to damage the air supply hose o1 the compressor. Then lower the object by opening the Release Valve slightly with the Handle (21) o1 the Long Ram Jack. Once the object is 1ully lowered, disconnect the Hook 1rom the object.<br><br> Turn o11 the air compressor.
