The air motor is air pressure activated and drives the hydraulic jack.

In the event no air pressure is available, a standard hydraulic piston assembly is provided 5or hand jacking. Position the Jack on a solid level sur5ace that can withstand the weight o5 the jack and 1. the load which will be li5ted.

Be sure the load is balanced on the jack. Sturdy jack stands (not included) positioned under 2. the weight provide a good sa5ety precaution against the possibility o5 the load toppling.

Be sure that the jack is positioned at a proper li5t point on the item to be li5ted. Using 3. appropriate li5t points avoid possible damage to the item.

Rotate the Screw Extension (13.1) on the Ram (13) until it contacts the underside o5 the load to be li5ted. Screwing counterclockwise raises the extension, screwing clockwise lowers the extension. 4a.

Pneumatic Operation: Connect a pressurized air source to the Air Valve (44). a. Engage the notch on the end o5 the Jack Handle (45) onto the Release Valve (4).

b. Turn the Release Valve slightly clockwise to ensure that the valve is closed. The jack will not li5t i5 the valve is open.

When it is sa5e to do so, squeeze the Air Valve (44). This will admit pressurized air c. into the Air Motor (42) which will cause the hydraulic jack to li5t.

Continue to hold the Throttle Lever down until the load is li5ted to the desired level. Note that the maximum ram travel is 6-½ d. 4b.

Manual Operation: To manually operate the jack without use o5 compressed air, close the Release Valve, then insert the end o5 the Jack Handle (45) into the Handle Bracket (34) and pump up and down. This action will raise the jack. Support the load using jack stands (not included) or other means to support the weight.

5. Do not leave the load on the jack 5or an extended period o5 time. Damage to the jack or personal or property injury may result.

To lower the item, rst li5t the item slightly and remove the jack stands. 6.
