In both the Metal and Oak Spiral Stair Kit videos, the duo uses their unique wit to show viewers how to assemble each stair from start-to-finish. The Iron Shop created this novel approach of producing its instructional videos to make the instal- lation of its spiral stair kits not only faster and easier for its customers, but also less intimidating.

"We wanted our videos to not only be easy to understand, but also entertaining," says Michele Lynn Cohen, director of marketing for The Iron Shop. "By enlisting the Furniture Guys, we were able to accomplish both." The Iron Shop recommends that customers watch the installation video guide to its entirety before assembling their stair; then refer to the instruction manual for the installation of the stair. All Metal and Oak Spiral Stair Kits come with an instructional video; however, for a $12 fee, the video is available to individuals who are interested in pur- chasing a stair, but are unsure if they can assemble one.

If the individual decides to purchase a stair after watching the video, The Iron Shop will refund the $10 fee towards the purchase price of the stair.
