trish & jon SLATE HILL July15 photography by Marie Labbancz 53 the bouquets Trish 9s bouquet was a tight clutch of white roses, mini cymbidium orchids with pink throats, and pink wax flowers. the stationery All of the couple 9s wedding stationery followed the same format: white card stock with pink and brown type. A donation was made to Northeastern Boxer Rescue 4Trish and Jon are proud owners of a pair of boxers 4with a card featuring a pink dog bone at each place setting to inform guests of the gesture.

the cake The three-tiered yellow cake with chocolate mousse filling was covered with ivory buttercream icing. The ceremony celebrated the bride 9s Catholic faith and the groom 9s Jewish heritage. >> The couple used pink for many parts of their special day, with brown as an accent hue. cPink is my favorite color, and Jon was a really good sport about it, d says Trish. cI tried to keep it to a minimum for his sake. d style notes trish & jon 56 the centerpieces The tall centerpieces were comprised of willow branches and hanging votives. White and pink dendrobium orchids were then wired to the branches to make them look like they were in bloom. the bridal style The bride wore an ivory satin, trumpet-skirt gown with beading around the waist.
