Side drapes are 3 9 high.<br><br> " Exhibitor ID sign 7 d x 44 d (You are welcome to use your own sign/banner) " Wire hooks for hanging banners/signs will be available " One 500 watt outlet (Extra power available at an extra cost) " Pop up tents or awnings larger than 100 sq. ft. will require sprinkler system (Per Fire Marshall) IMPORTANT - BOOTH CONFIGURATION It is critical that all exhibitors observe the height restrictions on both sides of your display.<br><br> Exhibitors who extend past the limit of 4 feet out at 8 feet high on either side will be required to adhere to these dimensions before the show opens. This will eliminate blocking the view of neighboring exhibitors. (Example of 10 9 x 10 9 booth only.) BOOTH HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS ADDITIONAL ELECTRICAL-Hollywood Lights It is your responsibilty to know the amount of wattage your display will draw.<br><br> If the provided 500 watts is not sufficient you will need to order additional power through our event electrical contractor. Pre-ordering will be less expensive than trying to order additional power at the Show. Call Hollywood Lights at (206) 838-5063.<br><br> ADDITIONAL DECORATING ITEMS - Trade Show Supply House Inc. TRADE SHOW SUPPLY HOUSE INC. will be the official decorator for the Show.<br><br> If you need to rent additional items such as tables, chairs, etc. contact TRADE SHO W SUPPL Y HOUSE INC at (360) 624-4498 or tradeshowsupplyhouse@comcast.net. Pre-ordering will be less expensive than trying to order at the Show.<br><br> The deadline for pre-ordering is October 10th to receive a discounted price. Badges are not for friends and family. Strictly for employees working at the event.<br><br> 2. Badges are NOT NEEDED for move-in or move-out. Badges can be picked-up during move-in at the show offices in the Middle of the MAIN ARENA and the Concourse by the Wall Street move-in doors.<br><br> 3. Where to pick up badges during Show Hours Y OU WILL NO T need to wait in line at the ticket office. Use the exhibitor entrance at the Main Entrance Hewitt Ave.<br><br> and Oakes St., to the right of the public ticket line. There will be an exhibitor service desk just inside the doors. If you have more employees working the show than the amount your company has been allotted: 1.) Turn in their badge at the end of their shift to the exhibitor desk at the main entrance for an- other employee, or 2.) They will need to purchase a badge at the discounted price of $5.00.<br><br> (See order form below). NUMBER OF FREE BADGES ALLOWED (Available for pick up at Show Offices). Each 5 9x10 9, 8 9x10 9 and 10 9x10 9 exhibit will receive four (4) free exhibitor badges.<br><br> Larger exhibits will receive six (6) badges . Stay to the far right off-ramp.<br><br> Turn left onto Pacific Avenue towards the City Center. Turn right onto Maple Street . Turn left onto Hewitt Avenue/US-2.<br><br> This will take to the Hewitt & Broadway intersection with the Events Center on the corner. DRIVING SOUTHBOUND TOWARDS EVERETT Take I-5 South to the US-2/Everett Avenue exit number 194 (toward Wenatchee). Stay to the far right to take the Everett Avenue off-ramp.<br><br> Turn right onto Everett Avenue towards the City Center. Go to Broadway (1 mile). Turn left onto Broadway.<br><br> The Events Center is two block away. DRIVING WESTBOUND TOWARDS EVERETT Take US-2 West. Stay in right lane approaching Everett.<br><br> Go straight under I-5 (don 9t go right or left). Stay straight to first traffic light. Go left 1 block to Hewitt Ave.<br><br> Turn right on Hewitt Ave. towards the City Center. MOVE-IN INFORMATION We very much want to make sure that your move-in is as convenient as possible. To ease congestion for all exhibitors, move-in times must be staggered according to your location within the building.<br><br> The Load/Unload area at the Events Center can accommodate a maximum of 15 to 20 vehicles at a time. PERMANENT P ARKING WILL NO T BE ALL O WED IN THIS AREA. L O AD & UNL O AD ONL Y If you cannot meet the following schedule please be prepared for the option of loading your display from the parking area across from the Events Center or waiting until a space in the loading dock area becomes open.<br><br> Loading area priority will be given to those exhibitors arriving during pre-scheduled times. Contact Bill Bradley before March 1st with any special concerns at (206)783-5957 ext. 1 or at b b w estlak e@seanet.com.<br><br> MOVE-IN SCHEDULE - MAIN ARENA The Move-in times are arrival times only . Once moved in, all exhibitors will have access to their displays during all set-up days and times. All exhibitors have the option of moving in later than their scheduled time, not sooner, as booth sets will only be ready per schedule.<br><br> Keep in mind that closer to Show opening day the more congested the Load/Unload areas will become. Key Steps for Move-In 1. Vehicles arriving during their pre-scheduled move-in times may enter the loading area on Broadway between Wall St.<br><br> and Hewitt Ave (look for move-in signs). 2. Be prepared to give move-in attendant your booth number(s) A loading ticket with vehicle removal time will be issued and placed on your dashboard.<br><br> 3. Provided you arrive during your scheduled move-in time, park your vehicle in loading area and hand truck or cart your display into the building. Otherwise please park in garage or open lot on Wall Street and Oakes across from the Events Center.<br><br> 4. Upon unloading, and before you begin any set up , you will need to move your vehicle to parking areas located on the corner of Wall Street and Oakes (use your reduced rate parking pass included in this booklet). 5.<br><br> Return to the Events Center. 6. Check-in at the Concourse Show Office for Concourse and Ballroom Exhibitors, and Main Arena Show Office for Main Arena Exhibitors 7.<br><br> Begin display set up. 8. Once moved in, all exhibitors will have access to their displays during all set-up days/times.<br><br> Page 6 FIRE MARSHAL INFORMATION POP UP TENTS OR AWNINGS LARGER THAN 100 SQUARE FEET MUST BE REPORTED TO WESTLAKE EVENTS INC. (PER FIRE MARSHAL) 1. No display or exhibit shall be installed or operated that will interfere in any way with access to any exit or any exit sign.<br><br> No display shall block access to fire fighting equipment such as fire extinguisher stations, fire hose cabinets and fire hydrants. 2. Any displays, exhibit booth or temporary construction in connection therewith shall not be built of highly combustible material.<br><br> The use of any combustible construction material shall be approved by the Fire Marshal prior to use. 3. Any paper or fabrics used in construction of displays or exhibits shall be fire resistive or treated with an approval fire retardate solution prior to use in displays.<br><br> 4. All electrical extension cords must be of the three-wire #14 grounded, hard usage type. No two-wire extension wiring will be allowed.<br><br> All extension wiring shall be protected from physi- cal damage. 5. The use, storage and handling of all flammable and combustible liquids shall be subject to written approval from the Fire Marshal.<br><br> 6. The use and storage of Liquefied Petroleum Gas portable containers inside buildings or tents is prohibited. 7.<br><br> All liquefied Petroleum Gas tanks located on the exterior of building or tents shall be se- cured in an approved manner, rigidly supported by brackets or chains. 8. Commercial cooking will only be allowed in approved locations and with approved equip- ment.<br><br> Prior approval by the Fire Marshal is required. 9. The use or exhibiting of motorized vehicles powered by gasoline internal combustion engines inside shall require the following: * All gasoline must be drained from the tank allowing only enough gasoline to enable vehicle to drive in and out of the building.<br><br> * The battery or batteries must be disconnected and terminals taped. * Vehicles must be inspected by the Fire Marshal. 10.<br><br> Trash receptacles used in displays and exhibits shall be constructed of a noncombustible material. 11. Any display or exhibit requiring use of any type of open flame heating device is prohibited in any tent or building.<br><br> All units are required to be inspected prior to use. Any other open flame equipment must be used an approved outside location. All such locations shall be provided with a minimum of 2A, 10BC rated fire extinguisher, mounted in a location accessible to occupants.<br><br> 12. By order of the Fire Marshal, NO SMOKING will be allowed in the booths or inside the buildings. Page 7<br><br>
