SOPHIA Natural Health Center Thermography Procedure and Pricing Procedure: " When Thermography appointments are being scheduled, each patient must be provided with an Information sheet on the Do 9s and Don 9ts prior to their appointment. " Intake forms will need to be filled out and brought to their appointment if they are getting a Full Body scan (Female or Male), or Women 9s Health Screening (thyroid, carotid, and breast). All other scan series (Breast or other Region of Interest), do not require intake forms to be filled out prior to the appointment.
