We have seen many changes in fuel formulations over the years that can potentially harm connecting hoses throughout the unit.<br><br> These connecting hoses are typically used underneath the tank, at the pump connections, and inside the rear box as swing hoses and connecting hoses. Bio Diesel, Ethanol, their blends, and Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel are now affecting hose tube formulations and hose covers. To address this, Goodyear has come up with a new 2 d connector hose, called cVersaFuel d TM (see reverse page) that is rated for all known fuels at this time, including all blends of ethanol as well as bio-diesel.<br><br> VersaFuel TM is now standard equipment on all new refined fuel units that we manufacture. We are offering special pricing on VersaFuel TM hose for any customer that is interested in upgrading their unit 9s connector hoses to handle all fuel types. It can either be installed by the customer, or at any of our service branches.<br><br> Also, you might consider changing any bulk plant loading or unloading hoses, especially in Bio-Diesel areas.
