Combine sweet potatoes, brown sugar, butter, orange juice, pumpkin pie spice, orange peel, pecans and raisins, mixing well. Drain pineapple slices and place in baking dish. Mound 1/3 cup o 9 the sweet potato mixture on top o 9 each pineapple slice.
Bake at 375 o 9or 20 minutes. Top with marshmallows and bake 5 minutes longer. Makes 10 servings.
