LUPE LORE Slow Cooker Beef Barley Soup Ingredients: 2 lbs. cubed beef chuck roast 5 cups water 1 cube beef bouillon, crumbled ½ onion, chopped 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce ¾ cup uncooked pearl barley 2 potatoes, cubed 8 oz. frozen vegetables (I use the pea, carrot, green bean mix) Salt and pepper to taste Directions: In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients.
Cook on high for 4 hours. Serve hot.
