Service Writer: Meets customers, makes recommendations for parts/services, and organizes vehicle Jow through the service center. Assistant Service Manager: Consults with customers to resolve complaints and coordinates service center functions.<br><br> Shop Foreman: Supervises and assists service technicians to maintain quality and quantity of work.
