In making a request, please let us know the approximate location by landmarks, not the previous year 9s booth number. We appreciate your comments and suggestions from the 2007 Festival, and have found solutions to any problems that we are aware of.<br><br> As with any outdoor show, we can 9t control the weather. There will be a better banner and signage, and free parking for exhibitors during the show. This year there are plans for special Festival-related events for Friday night for participants.<br><br> There are now 4 categories for prizes with $1000+ value. We have already begun to advertise and will continue to do so, in order to bring even more people to this highly successful show. There is also a $15.00 non-refundable jury fee which must be paid by check and which will be cashed immediately.<br><br> " The completed Exhibitor Application must be received with two separate checks, each made out to the New Hope Chamber of Commerce, or with a check for the jury fee and complete credit card information. The exhibition check for $260.00 will be cashed once you are accepted into the Festival. All other checks will be returned.<br><br> There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks. Credit cards will be charged upon acceptance. " Applications and checks must be received by June 15, 2008.<br><br> JURY PROCESS " A jury of arts and crafts professionals will determine the exhibitors of the Festival. " All applicants must submit four (4) photographs (or jpeg images on CD), each clearly labeled with your full name. NO SLIDES.<br><br> " Images will be returned only if you include an appropriate self-addressed, stamped envelope. SHOW DETAILS " A 10 9 x 10 9 booth space is $260. You must provide your own straight legged booth.<br><br> " Only one (1) artist is permitted per booth space. " If you are selected, when it gets closer to the event dates, you will receive specific information regarding designated free parking, set-up times, booth location, special events, etc. " All accepted exhibitor checks will be cashed by June 30, 2008.<br><br> All others will be returned. " All artwork must be of high quality and hand crafted. We will not accept vendors who use manufactured goods or kits.<br><br> " Exhibited work must be consistent with photos. " Artists must attend for the entire weekend. If you do not attend on Saturday, you may not attend Sunday.<br><br> CANCELLATION POLICY " Cancellations prior to August 1, 2008 will receive a full refund.
