ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH AND SAFETY Xerox Machine Recycle / Disposal Methods There are a number of options for Xerox customers to recycle / dispose of Xerox equipment. For specific requirements by geographic location in the United States, please click here f The following Xerox products are covered for pick up from customer sites for reuse or recycling when replacing existing equipment: o Leased products on FSMA (Full Service Maintenance Agreement) upon renewal o Leased products on a Cost-per-Print or eClick Program upon renewal o Products under a Xerox Managed Services Program upon renewal o Sold products on FSMA upon Xerox replacement f If not in one of the above-mentioned categories, customers may ship the machine to Xerox for reuse or recycling. Customers pay the shipping cost but Xerox will cover the recycling costs.
