1 Garden Grove Unified School District Office of Secondary Education Department of 7-12 Instruction High School Course Outline COURSE TITLE Digital Computer Technology II (B62) DEPARTMENT Business LENGTH Semester CREDITS 5 AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS AT GRADE 9, 10, 11, 12 REQUIRED OR ELECTIVE Elective PREREQUISITES Digital Computer Technology I or teacher permission BRIEF OVERVIEW In this course students will continue to develop skills in creating computer content and presentations that will help them present their ideas and information electronically. Emphasis will be placed on developing and implementing multimedia type files, video, audio, and computerized animation. MAJOR GOALS The National Information Technology Standards for Business Education will be taught in this course.
