General information about EcoRub ® - Listing on AktieTorget Since 11.06.2010 EcoRub is listed on the Stock market (Aktietorget), our Class B shares are available for trading. In May / June we issued new shares before the listing to fund a laboratory and a small production facility for the injection molding material. This resulted in that we now have over 200 owners.
The goal is that by the year 2014 build a business with a turnover of more than 100 million a year with good profitability. To achieve this goal, the Company will likely need more capital than the current emmision includes. Another emission may therefore be implemented within two years.
From the investment memo dProof of concept d is through the production, according to EcoRub's technology, available in the U.S. in three companies with more than ten years experience. Half its production goes to the American automobile manufacturers.
