2010 Chevrolet Camaro Car Raffle Official Rules Sponsored by The Center for Enriched Living The Center for Enriched Living is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization located in Riverwoods, IL. Our mission is to help people with developmental disabilities live more independent and fulfilling lives through education, recreation and social activities in a safe, fun and welcoming environment. TICKET PRICE The purchase price of a single raffle ticket is $100.00 each, 3 tickets for $275.00 or 6 tickets for $500.

Checks or money orders should be made out to The Center for Enriched Living. A cpurchase d shall not occur and be binding on The Center for Enriched Living until funds received for the same have cleared the bank. Checks or money orders should be made out to The Center for Enriched Living.

Credit cards accepted are Discover, Visa, Master Card and American Express. Tickets may be purchased online at www.CenterForEnrichedLiving.org, by fax: 847.948.7621, by phone 847.948.7001 x215, by mail, or in person at The Center for Enriched Living, 280 Saunders Rd., Riverwoods, IL 60015. Ticket purchases are not tax deductible.

Each raffle ticket purchased shall constitute an "entry" into the raffle, and the person to whom the raffle ticket is registered shall be the ... more. less.

"Entrant." Although more than one name may be provided on the ticket registration form, the ticket shall be registered to the first name listed, who shall constitute the sole Entrant for that ticket. The winning Entrant shall be the "winner" of the prize. Payment to or delivery of any prize will be made to the Entrant. The winner must supply his/her social security number before the prize is tendered. It is the sole responsibility of the Entrant to allocate a winning prize to other participants in case of a multiple entry registration, and the winning Entrant shall hold harmless The Center for Enriched Living in case of conflicting claims or disputes among multiple claimants. QUANTITY OF TICKETS The maximum number of tickets offered for sale is 999. Requests for ticket purchases (and therefore payments received) after all tickets are sold or following the drawing, will be returned to the buyer(s). ELIGIBILITY Purchasers of raffle tickets must be legal residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older on, or before, April 16, 2010. The Entrant must supply his/her social security number to receive winning prize. If an Entrant 9s check or credit card is dishonored prior to the drawing, the entry ticket will be declared invalid, until a replacement is received. All check or credit card charges found declined after the drawing must be honored. A $30.00 charge will be assessed for non-sufficient funds or stop payment checks. DRAWING Completed requests must be in the possession of The Center (280 Saunders Road, Riverwoods, IL 60015) by 3:00 PM CST on Friday, April 16, 2010, unless otherwise personally delivered to an authorized representative of The Center before the time of the drawing. The raffle will take place on, April 19, 2010 with a random drawing during The Center for Enriched Living 9s Chefs 9 Night & More! fundraising event held at the Lincolnshire Marriott Resort, Lincolnshire, IL. If not sold out prior to the event, tickets will be available for purchase until the time of the drawing. Purchase of a raffle ticket does not entitle the purchaser entrance to the event. The winner, if not present, will be notified within 7 1/19/2010 1/19/2010 business days. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide a valid, deliverable mailing address, phone and/or email address for notification. PRIZES The winner will have a choice of a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro or $25,000 in cash. Within 14 days from notification, the winner must inform The Center for Enriched Living which prize he/she has selected. All federal, state and local income, sales and/or excise taxes, fees, assessments and like charges associated with the prize, are the responsibility of the holder of the winning ticket. Winner must complete a W-9 form before receiving prize. If the winner chooses to take the car as his/her prize, he/she is responsible for picking up the car at Bill Stasek Chevrolet, 700 West Dundee Road, Wheeling, IL 60090. Entries received prior to March 22, 2010 will be eligible for a $1,000 cash drawing. The ticket rawn for this prize will be re-entered in the drawing for the grand prize. d If fewer than 400 tickets are sold by April 19, 2010, The Center for Enriched Living reserves the ight to pay one-half of the collected ticket money in lieu of the car or cash prize. r WAIVER/LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY Entrants release The Center for Enriched Living, and its respective board, committee members, officers, volunteers, employees and representative agents from any and all liability with respect to participation in the promotion and possession of the prize. Any liability of The Center for Enriched Living shall be limited to the ticket price paid. In the case of a dispute, The Center 9s decision shall be inal. f Entrant agrees to allow The Center for Enriched Living to use his/her name, and image without any compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.
