Director of Coaching Diploma Indianapolis, Ind. November 6-8, 2009 Information Sheet Travel Transportation to and from the University of Indianapolis is the responsibility of each candidate. For those requiring flight arrangements, Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is the best option.
Please bring your registration confirmation with you and make sure that you are present and accounted for when the course begins on Friday evening. Start Time and Location Check-in will begin at 4 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2009.
The course will conclude by 3 p.m. on Sunday, November 8. Local Transportation Candidates are responsible for their own transportation from the airport to the University of Indianapolis and for return transportation to the airport upon departure.
The airport is serviced by most rental car agencies for anyone interested in leasing a vehicle for the weekend. Lodging A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis, located in downtown Indianapolis. The room rate is $119/nt., and may be reserved by contacting the hotel directly.
