Only the first fifteen entries will be accepted. A waiting list will be established for additional entries. If an exhibitor is unable to participate, he or she must notify the Fair Entry Office at least one week prior to decorating date. 2. Exhibitors will provide an artificial tree up to 6 9 tall. State height and width on entry form. Location of exhibitor 9s entry will be assigned by Building Superintendent. All artificial trees must meet State Fire Marshal Flame Retardant Standards. 3. Exhibitors may use miniature UL approved lights, but must also provide at least a 10 9 extension cord. Cords must be labeled with exhibitor 9s name. 4. Ornaments, decorations and tree skirt must be made or embellished by exhibitor. MUST have a written description of how you embellished or made your ornaments to inform the fair viewer 5. An 8 d x 10 d framed description of the tree must be included with each exhibit. 6. The committee has the right to display the trees as they see fit.
