Please find enclosed the ballots, list of awards, and official rules.

Please distribute the enclosed ballots to the NASCAR memb ers at your facility to determine a Craftsman Mechanic of the Year at your track . NASCAR members can also submit their vote by logging on to NASCARmembers.com and clicking on th e NASCAR Whel e n All-American Series section. All votes must be submitted by Friday, September 18 th .
