St. John the Baptist School PTO Minutes October 8, 2009 15 members in attendance Halloween Crafts - The group worked most of the evening on Halloween crafts as we discussed meeting information. Please remember that our Halloween Party is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, we need lots of volunteers to make it a success.

Please help the day be a success! Sports Night 3 Traci updated the group on the Sports Night scheduled for November 6, 2009 in the school gym. Local sports stars will be on hand to sign autographs and sports memorabilia will be available for purchase.

If you have a sports fan in the family, save this date, you will not be disappointed! Movie Night- Laura updated the group on her recent outing to a local outdoor movie night. Discussed were best locations for the screening, availability of restrooms, how to run concessions.

Further discussion will be held and a spring date will be chosen. Buddy Sign Ups - Reminder that Buddies are still needed for new parents. This is a great way to welcome new families to our school and be an ambassador for our school.
