training event focuses on the vital role each TEC adult faith community plays in ministering to Catholic youth and young adults before, during and after the TEC weekends.<br><br> Steve Polley, diocesan director of youth and young adult ministry in the Dodge City, Kan. Diocese, sees great value in this workshop. cParticipating in the Communities of Faith & Follow-Through workshop has strengthened our Dodge City TEC Center.<br><br> For example, CF&F gave our community a clearer vision and purpose which helped us take a solid look at where we are. The workshop also helped us identify the steps needed to build a stronger TEC ministry in our diocese, d said Polley, who has also served as a presenter on several CF&F teams.
